II. OFFICIAL ROSTERS

 
There shall be two Official Rosters; the pre-draft Official Roster and the final Official Roster.

 
A. Pre-Draft Official Rosters

 
1. Preliminary Rosters Prior to the Draft the Commissioner shall provide each owner with a copy of preliminary rosters for each team. Preliminary rosters shall include all players with unexpired contracts, all Restricted Free Agents and a list of all Money allocated to Owners. Each Owner is responsible for correcting errors and omissions or inadvertent additions to his own draft roster and the draft roster of the Commissioner. Each owner may waive any Player on his or her preliminary roster and shall indicate his or her desire to so waive the Player to the Commissioner at least two weeks prior to the draft. Waived Players having Current Game stats become waiver wire Players.

 
2. Franchise Player Designation At least two weeks prior to the Draft each Owner shall be responsible for contacting the Commissioner and designating one Restricted Free Agent on his or her team as a Franchise Player. Failure to make timely designation of a Franchise Player shall be deemed a waiver of the right.
 
3. Promulgation of Rosters pre-draft Official Rosters shall include all Players with remaining Contract Years on their Contract at Draft Day. It shall also contain a list of all Money accruing to or retained from prior Seasons by Owners. The Commissioner shall provide each owner with copies of the pre-draft Official Rosters for all teams at least one week prior to the Draft.

 
B. Final Official Rosters final Official Rosters shall include all Players with remaining Contract Years on their Contract as of the Opening Day. final Official Rosters shall include the Player's full name, NFL team, position eligibility(s)(), Contract Years, an indication of how the Player was acquired and all Money remaining following the Draft. Any Owner detecting any error in any final Official Roster shall inform the Commissioner who's duty it shall be to inquire into the error and make corrections as he or she deems necessary. Failure to protest the final Official Rosters after delivery by the Commissioner and prior to Opening Day shall be deemed a waiver of any and all protests and shall be binding upon all Owners and the Commissioner.

 
C. Trades Any Player on an Owner's pre-draft Official Roster or final Official Roster is the exclusive property of that Owner and may be traded by that Owner for another Player, multiple Players, Money or Draft selections. Trades which do not meet these criteria are null and void. All Trades are amendments to the Official Rosters and are effective upon the Commissioner's modification of the Official Rosters. All Owners shall have the right to Trade Players from the day after the Salt Bowl until the Trade Deadline and this right shall be inviolable and shall not be subject to amendment, approval, censure or change by the League, Owners, or the Commissioner excepting only trades involving future consideration which shall be subject to a veto by unanimous vote of all unaffected Owners.
